Relatively speaking, our town was not damaged as much as many places have been. Definitely not as bad as Joplin was last Spring. We can only clean up and move on and be all the better for it.

P52: A Great Leap
Most of the country is aware of the series of tornadoes that hit the mid west earlier this week. I was one of the few lucky ones who was less than a block away and remained unharmed and home undamaged! We feel so very blessed.
Why am I submitting a photo of a blown out hotel? Well first of all, the Branson tornado hit on Leap Day. Secondly, the tornado pretty well consumed the rest of my week, and lastly because tornadoes tend to "leap" around demolishing one home and leaving the next unharmed.
